Wayfair selling $10k tiny home kit with giant skylight - it comes with everything you need and ships
WAYFAIR has begun selling a tiny home option with a feature that allows for a grand amount of natural light and could arrive at your doorstep in days.
The Sunhouse by Cedarshed tiny home kit comes complete with everything but a foundation, promising that there will be no need to cut when assembling the dwelling.

For only $10,302 the whole kit will be delivered in a matter of days with no additional shipping charge.
In total, the kit comes with walls, flooring, a roof and wooden benches that can be repurposed as countertops.
The exterior of the house is completely cedar paneled and weather, water and rot-proofed, additionally rated for winds of up to 20 miles per hour.

At 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep, this tiny home is a total of 144 square feet and also comes complete with a dual-purpose skylight.
Not only does the skylight create a nearly 12-foot-long view of the sky and let in natural light, the thermoclear material it is made out of allows the house to naturally heat up.
"The angled wall windows are made of a high-performance thermoplastic that transmits up to 90% of visible light while filtering out harmful ultraviolet light," reads the website description.
The home features a lower-than-average roof height of 94 inches.

Wayfair also boasts an easy assembly, needing only two people to put together the home.
"All of our sun houses are designed so that while you don't have to be a professional carpenter to assemble the product, limited carpentry skills are recommended," the website reads.
Only four additional tools are required outside of what the kit includes for hardware: a screwdriver, a power drill, a hammer, and a utility knife.
The kit comes with a limited one-year warranty.
While the Sunhouse has yet to receive customer reviewers, the Cedarshed company is highly rated on Wayfair, producing multiple tiny home kit options.
"This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location," wrote one Cedarshed customer on one of the company's products.
"Great product. Easy to follow directions. We have ordered other products from this company and they weather very well," shared another customer who bought a different red cedar structure.
Even when there were some logistical issues, customers were still satisfied with the product.
"Absolutely love this shed. We just finished putting it up. Overall, it was pretty easy. Nice size and fits exactly in the area we wanted it to go. I had to wait to receive it," wrote a five-star reviewer.
